If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should contact Cathy James at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you register your stall with us we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. You are required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address).
Outpost Events will use this information to assess any subsequent applications. If we have trouble processing an application, we will use this information to contact you.
If your stall has been accepted for a particular event, you will be notified of your success via email. At that time you will be required to pay the site fee and any additional fees owing. When you pay, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your payment details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of payment.
Unless you have received the confirmation email and paid for your stall you have not been accepted into the event.
Each event has a specific cancellation policy. Cancellations are not usually accepted within three weeks of an event and may attract a cancellation fee. Substitutions are never accepted. Please be clear of the cancellation policy of each of the events you apply for.
If you need to apply for a cancellation within the specified timeframe you must do so in writing.
The site fee is not negotiable or refundable during or after the event. No event will guarantee the number of patrons or the amount of business you will receive.
