Cathy has been employed to work full time as the General Manager of the Falls Music and Arts Festival as well as Stalls, Riders and Catering Manager for Splendour in the Grass.
Prior to this engagement, Cathy was General Manager and produced the following events:

The Outpost can conceive, develop, create and refine a creative concept in response to a clients’ requirements. We are able to conceptualise the big picture and then recruit and manage a large number of people to create these unique events. Stakeholder relations, strategic thinking and client focus are a large part of my role especially for the Bondi series of events. Close communications with Council, Councilors, and the community are essential to ensure that the events work towards and around local needs; while balancing financial imperatives for Promoters.
The Outpost is able to oversee budgets, the design and line up of the event, artist relations, catering, stakeholder relations, production, site layout, themeing, risk assessment and compliance, bars, sponsorship, marketing, ticketing, staffing, transport, website and communications, entry and pricing - every aspect of the event.
Sunset Sounds was a two-day music festival held in January in Brisbane for two years.
Creative Sydney/VIVID Ideas Exchange is part of VIVID Sydney. The event is held at the Museum of Contemporary art over three weeks and features a series of talks, forums, panels and performances from artists, practitioners and experts from the full range of Sydney’s creative sectors.
SOYA was an awards event held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney each November which provides prizes and mentoring to young arts professionals. SOYA attracts thousands of entries and it culminates in a high-end, creative, corporate awards night.
Bondi Summer is a suite of events including a dance festival for 4,000 independent travelers at Bondi Pavilion on Christmas Day and two events on New Year’s Eve. Dudley Page Reserve is a family style event which is part of the Waverley City Council Safe Summer Initiative and Shorething - a dance event for 15,000 patrons at Bondi Beach.
